Lumy StudiosPencilPop Privacy Policy
PencilPop is a color-by-number game for the whole family, developed by Udi Magen (“we”, “us”). We designed it to collect as little as possible. We do not ask for names, email addresses, photos, location or any other personal information, and there are no accounts, chat or social features.
Information stored on the device
- Coloring progress, which pictures are unlocked, and the sound and vibration settings are saved only on your device. They are never sent to us.
- Deleting the app deletes this information.
Advertising
PencilPop shows ads through Google AdMob. Because children may use the app too, every ad request is marked for child age treatment under COPPA and limited to content rated G. Under these settings Google does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA) and does not show personalized or interest-based ads. To deliver and measure ads, and to prevent fraud, Google may process limited technical information such as the device type, operating-system version, IP address (used for coarse location) and ad interactions. The app never asks for permission to track you and does not use Apple's App Tracking Transparency.
In-app purchase
The optional “Remove Ads” purchase is handled entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details; the app only receives confirmation from Apple that the purchase is active.
Photos
You can save a finished picture to the Photos app. PencilPop only asks for “add only” access. It can add the picture but can never see or read your photo library.
Settings lock
Settings, including purchases and links that leave the app, are protected by a short math question, so younger family members can't open them by accident.
Children's privacy (COPPA)
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe information about your child was collected, contact us and we will help delete it.
Your rights
Because we don't collect personal information, there is nothing for us to access, export or delete on our side. For data processed by Google to serve ads, see Google's privacy controls linked above.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the effective date above and publish the new version on this page.
